The Solstice Sister Circle is an informational, virtual, supportive space where you can learn, connect, nurture and grow with other sisters.
We are in the circle for four months developing transformative reflective,RADICAL sustainable self care practices that will help strengthen you during this difficult time in the United States.

This gathering time in the circle is an opportunity to meet sisters from across the country in an intimate way and nurture and nourish yourself.
You will feel connected, affirmed, nurtured, inspired accomplished, confident, and focused.

Eight group Sessions-
We will chat and read about practicing radical self care allowing you to tap into your energy source that will take you to your next level. Affirm yourself in the company of your sisters. Have a BRAVE space to just "be" and do "YOU" without judgment.
Four Individual Self Care chats-
A one on one chat with Falami to discuss goals to help you create your radical self care action plan!
One sound bath and affirmation/ intention ceremony
Private Facebook group-Engaging conversation about overcoming mental blocks, radical self care, dealing with our emotions in these times. This is also a place to post all about your self-care practice and overall a place to be in community with sisters.
