"I found god in myself and I loved her fiercely." ~nt0zoke shange

Hold your stomach in”, “You are so cute with your chubby cheeks”, “You need to go put on a girdle”,  “You are thick”, these haunting statements and demands ruminate in my mind to this day. At an early age, I learned the gravity of words and impact felt by not only me but many other women. So, growing up I never felt comfortable in my own body. I would always compare myself to other girls and this continued on into my adulthood. From Jenny Craig to diet pills, I have been on the perpetual cycle of losing weight to wear a certain size or obtain a certain weight in order to measure up to society’s perception of someone who is considered “beautiful”.  Does this sound like you?

People seek support and advice while on weight loss journeys. It is rare that we find people reaching out for support and advice as they learn how to love their bodies just the way they are. Well, I am that person who can support and coach you as you are on the road to loving your body AS IS! Are you ready to stop living up to someone else's standards?

If you are, then this is what I believe you should know if you choose to work with me.

I believe:

  • Being a “Foodie” is ok.

  • Compassion and kindness to one's self is vital to living your best life.

  • Trusting what your intuition says.. Not what others have told you about YOUR BODY and your choices.

  • The size on the label does not define you.

  • Your self-care supersedes anyone or anything.

  • You are a divine creation.
